Creating a Default User Profile for a Windows 7 Reference Image
TweetCreating a default user profile is easy with Windows 7 and is now part of the sysprep process. No longer do we copy the profile in the system control panel but is part of the specialize phase of the Windows Setup so can happen after sysprep. We need to log on as a local administrator, ensure there are no other added local accounts and customise the profile for our logged in admin account. Once done, then simply run sysprep referencing an answer file that includes the copy profile option set to true. Then on the next boot of that machine, no matter if it is part of imaging or not the default profile is created from the administrative account you used earlier. The video show you how this is done from start to finish
